Welcome to MineHub BD, an independent Minecraft server discovery and voting platform owned and powered by Minecraft Bangladesh (MCBD). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activities performed through your account. You must provide accurate information, avoid impersonation, and report any suspected unauthorized access.
Server owners must provide accurate server information and have the necessary authority to submit and manage their listings. Submission does not guarantee approval or publication.
Server owners may be required to verify control of their servers through an MOTD challenge, DNS TXT record, or another verification method designated by MineHub BD before receiving administrative permissions.
All votes must represent genuine user participation. Automated voting scripts, bots, proxy rotation to bypass voting cooldowns, fraudulent accounts, vote injection, and other forms of artificial vote manipulation are strictly prohibited.
MineHub BD reserves the right to investigate suspicious voting activity, invalidate illegitimate votes, adjust rankings, restrict voting access, or disqualify listings involved in voting manipulation.
Server owners are solely responsible for their server operations, administration, moderation, player management, availability, and in-game transactions. Listing a server does not make MCBD responsible for its operation.
All advertisements, sponsored listings, and promotional submissions must be accurate and appropriate. MineHub BD reserves the right to reject or remove promotional content that violates platform policies. Promotional placements do not guarantee votes, visitors, or players.

MineHub BD may monitor platform activity to detect fraud, prevent abuse, maintain security, and protect the integrity of its services.
Minecraft servers listed on MineHub BD are independently operated by their respective owners. MCBD does not own, manage, or guarantee the quality, safety, availability, or reliability of listed servers or external services.
MineHub BD and MCBD retain ownership of their respective original branding, designs, graphics, and platform materials. Users retain ownership of content they legitimately own while granting MineHub BD permission to display submitted materials for platform operation and promotion.
MineHub BD may collect account details, server information, voting records, technical data, and platform activity to operate, secure, and improve its services. Additional information is provided in our Privacy Policy.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. MineHub BD reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service when necessary.
MineHub BD reserves the right to suspend accounts, remove server listings, invalidate votes, or restrict access for violations of these Terms or activities that threaten platform integrity.
MineHub BD services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee error-free functionality, uninterrupted availability, or the accuracy of all displayed information.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MCBD and MineHub BD shall not be liable for damages arising from platform interruptions, voting disputes, independent server operations, third-party transactions, or unauthorized account access.
MineHub BD reserves the right to update these Terms of Service when necessary. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised Last Updated date.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Disputes shall be addressed through appropriate legal channels.
